The National Youth Council of Serbia conducted an analysis of the results of the public calls for financing and co-financing of programmes and projects in the field of the youth sector, published this year by the Ministry of Tourism and Youth. The analysis focused on the outcomes of the calls and the CSOs that were granted funds for the implementation of their programmes and projects.

In response to the recent escalation of repression and police brutality over the past month, KOMS, together with the European Youth Forum – the largest representative body of young people in Europe – has initiated a joint letter addressed to the European Union Commissioner for Enlargement, Marta Kos, to raise urgent concerns about the worsening situation of youth in Serbia.

On International Youth Day, ever since 2017, the National Youth Council of Serbia (KOMS) has traditionally published the results of the largest annual youth study in Serbia – the Alternative Report on the Position and Needs of Youth in the Republic of Serbia.
