Representatives of the National Youth Council of Serbia, Miljana Pejić, Secretary-General and Anja Jokić, Programme Coordinator, participated on January 14 and 15 in Vienna at the Kick-Off meeting of the Erasmus+ European Youth Together under the name European Youth Voices.
During the meeting, 23 representatives of partner organizations had the opportunity to get to know each other, as well as to discuss project activities, tasks, and responsibilities in order to successfully implement this project.
The project will be implemented with the aim of dealing with the key challenges and priorities of young people defined within the framework of the EU Youth Strategy. Project focuses on youth policies at the local, national and European level through the development of a comparative analysis and a set of recommendations for the implementation of the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027 at the national level in Serbia, Italy, Austria, Poland and Latvia. At the same time, the project will strive to create a European network of youth, youth workers, activists and other stakeholders with the aim of creating more opportunities and initiatives for the realization of 11 European Youth Goals, defined within this Strategy.

As well as National Youth Councils from Italy (Consiglio Nazionale dei Giovani – CNG), Poland (Polska Rada Organizacji Mlodziezowych – PROM) and Latvia (Latvijas Jaunatnes padome – LjP).
For KOMS, this project is additionally important because the project application was co-created with the member organization, KOM 018, which is also the lead implementor.




Project “European Youth Voices” is implemented in the period 01.12.2022 to 30.11.2024 and is co-financed by the European Union through Erasmus + European Youth Together.
