On Thursday and Friday, October 7th and 8th, the 7th Tirana Connectivity Forum called “Building Better Balkans Together” was organized. This event is dedicated to the connectivity, reforms and enlargement in South East Europe region, i.e. a critical approach to the Berlin Process as an initiative aimed at improving cooperation between the economies of the Western Balkans and strengthening the European perspective of this region.
KOMS representatives visited Tirana and participated in a panel within the TCF, entitled “What’s in for Youth in the Economic and Investment Plan (EIP)?”. The speakers on this panel were The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of North Macedonia – Jagoda Shahpaska, the Secretary General of the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) – Albert Hani, the Secretary General of the National Youth Congress of Albania – Dafina Peci, and the Secretary General of the Youth Council of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina – Nedim Alibegovic.
On behalf of the National Youth Council of Serbia, Milja Zdravković and Anja Jokić had a chance and used this opportunity to meet and network after two years with other representatives of other umbrella organizations from the region, which are part of the Western Balkans Youth Cooperation Platform, as well as representatives of the Cooperation Development Institute (CDI). They also had the opportunity to meet the Minister for Children and Youth of Albania, Bora Muzhaqi.
Tirana Connectivity Forum is an event that is important for KOMS as the National Youth Council of Serbia as well as for all other economies of the Western Balkans, which aims to strengthen and deepen cooperation through meetings and networking in such forums.

Visit to Tirana is part of the activities within the regional cooperation of the National Youth Council of Serbia (KOMS) through the Western Balkans Youth Cooperation Platform (WBYCP), coordinated by the Institute for Cooperation and Development (CDI) with the support of the Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSS).
